Eyebrow Tutorial | How to Get Your Eyebrows on FLEEK
Hey readers :D It's meeee... I'm still in Japan bleh haha that's the main reason I'm not posting ~~ way too busy everyday exploring and shopping and SKIING to find the time to post :( But I've got a pretty chill evening tonight. I've been skiing in Hakuba all day and am sooo tired, but Sacha said if I nap now then I won't be able to sleep early later, so I'm just occupying myself and trying to stay awake. Missing all the people back in Aus, whilst I don't wanna leave Japan, I do want to see my family and friends again. I'll be back on the 16th, meaning I'll start uploading my JAPAN VLOGS then YAY. Also, look forward to a complete Japan Travel Experience post coming up where I'll just do a photo dump of all the photos I took on this holiday :D
Haven't really done any new beauty or fashion posts or videos or anything :) But I realised I never posted this one up on my blog, and it was requested by a few of you (shoutout to Joyce especially hehe) so I thought I should share it here. This was my EYEBROW MAKEUP TUTORIAl, which I posted a few weeks ago, and it gives a super comprehensive process to doing your brows. Literally everyone is now aware of the importance of having brows on fleek, but do you know some of the special tips and tricks to get them nice, clean and sharp? My tutorial describes more of the Western brow, but I'm hoping to put up a Korean eyebrow tutorial soon as well :D
I never realised eyebrows were so important before these recent years. Now I find myself looking at everyone's brows and being like ooooh those look nice. I also realised that 14 and 15 year olds these days are looking so on point, and much older than they're supposed to. I remember back to when I was that age and joisus, I was a pretty chat looking creature with no sense of self-appearance. I literally knew nothing about makeup and did those hugely embarrassing panda-lined eyes (yep, I did go through that scene/emo phase HAHAHA and no, you will never see the pictures). Like this is not right! You Year 9s and 10s need to experience the ugly phase as well, instead of skipping right to looking like another Kardashian sister hehe.
ANYWAY, I've noticed that Western eyebrows are very focused on arch (which doesn't look great on me), point and clean lines. Kind of like the Instagram eyebrow, you know? Have a look at the first pic in this post if you have no idea what I'm talking about. A lot of girls try to mimic Kylie Jenners eyebrows, with those gorgeous, bold lines. I'd suggest going a little thinner than what I did in the video and if you have naturally thick brows, you can just use concealer to hide the original hair. That's enough waffle from me ~~ Here's the video!
Make sure you guys tag me or send me a message if you follow the tutorial. I'd love to see how it turns out on you!! :D That'd be super awesome.
